• Led accounting and operational finance, including reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, inventory, cost accounting, and operating analysis.
• Directed the implementation of NetSuite from QuickBooks for an environment supporting more than 2,000 SKUs, 3,000 customers, and 200 vendors.
• Redesigned processes across purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, sales, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Led company-wide adoption and trained more than 20 employees across finance, sales, manufacturing, and operating workflows.
